Industrial Park The development of the Industrial Park of Rivne Region aims at meeting the growing demand for industrial property and follows the trend of shifting production from western and central Europe towards the east. The industrial park will offer foreign investors a modern approach to greenfield industrial development.

Location and Infrastructure

The site IPRR selected by regional authorities for the industrial businesses development is located at the state road P05 leading from Rivne to Kostopil approx. in 15 km distance from the city of Rivne (250 thousand inhabitants) and approx. 15 km from the city of Kostopil (30 thousand inhabitants). The city of Rivne itself is located at the main state road E40 (M06) from Lviv to Kiev, which plays a role of the main transport route in the direction east–west.
- Roads
The site IPRR is located directly at the state road P05 from Rivne to Stolin in Belarus. This road is in good condition, having one traffic strip in each direction.
- Railways
There is the railway line with the railway station in Liubomyrka, approx. 3 km from the site. Two railway sidings lead to the territory of the silicate plant located at opposite side of the main road PO5.
- Airport
At the distance of 20 km, there is an international airport, which has the capacity to receive and service all types of passenger and transportation aircraft.

Entry options
The IPRR site can be given for lease through auction. To take part in the auction, potential investor or developer should meet the following investment requirements:
- The participant of the auction should have the experience in organization and development of industrial parks, industrial zones, or construction of big industrial objects and logistic centers. He is obliged to submit corresponding confirmation documents. If such documents are not submitted, the organizer shall have right not to allow such an applier to take part in the auction.
- Participant of the auction should submit conception of creation of Regional industrial park and calendar plan of execution of works before the auction. If the conception and calendar plan do to comply with strategic priorities of region development, the organizer shall have right not to allow such an applier to take part in the auction or to return the documentation for rework.
- Minimal investment into development of Regional industrial park should provide for creation of appropriate engineering and technical infrastructure and make not less than 40 million UAH.
- The winner of the auction shall be obliged:
- To compensate agricultural losses, which amount to 117 232,22 UAH, during two months. .
- To submit master-plan of organization of Regional industrial park and calendar plan of execution of corresponding works to Rivne regional state administration for approval during four months after the auction. Following changes and amendments to master-plan and calendar plan require agreement with Rivne regional state administration.
- During 18 months after the auction on the grounds of the approved by Rivne regional state administration master-plan and calendar plan to provide for:
- construction of roads and access roads with hard surface within the limits of the industrial park to objects of engineering infrastructure and perspective priority industrial objects of industrial park; construction of corresponding parking zones;
- construction of objects and networks of electric power, gas, water supply and water drain within the limits of the industrial park and their connection to corresponding external networks;
- construction of objects of fire protection, guarding and servicing of the industrial park.
- To adhere to architecture&building, fire protection, sanitary and ecological norms during arrangement, occupation by potential investors and exploitation of the industrial park territory.
- According to article 168 of Land Code of Ukraine, the winner of the auction should receive a special permit at the state organ, which carries out state control of land usage and protection, for removing soil surface.
- These investment conditions are obligatory part of lease contract of land plot for creation of Regional industrial park.
