Implementation of an investment project for the development of tourist infrastructure around the cultural and archaeological center "Peresopnytsia" in the village Peresopnytsia, Rivne district, Rivne region.

Given the geographical and initial data, the prospects for the development of tourist infrastructure around the cultural and archaeological center "Peresopnytsia" are:
the project can cover the market of Western Ukraine, and with successful positioning and development - and the all-Ukrainian market and the market of Eastern Europe;
the market of twist services is actively developing;
the potential of the market of tourist services is not used, because in Western Ukraine there are not enough quality tourist products;
customers will receive a holistic tourism product that will contain historical, cultural and emotional components.
The Peresopnytsia Cultural and Archaeological Center (http://www.peresopnytsya.rv.ua) was created on the basis of its main artifact - the Peresopnytsia Gospel (1561), on which the Presidents of Ukraine swear during the inauguration.
To create a quality tourist product, it is necessary to develop the tourist infrastructure by creating objects of interest to tourists and conducting effective promotional activities and production of promotional materials.
The tourist route "Honey Circle" passes by the cultural and archeological center. There are enough free areas around the center to create tourist locations. Examples of such locations are:
- Square named after Princess Anastasia Zaslavskaya (she was one of the companions of the First Book);
- Field of wild flowers "Fragrant weeds" (lavender, chamomile, cornflower, poppy and others), which will be an object for photo zones, relaxation and starting craft businesses.
- Models of ancient buildings and structures.
The tourism product is aimed at customers of all ages, as well as for family travel and corporate clients (team building and other events), as it will combine historical, cultural and emotional components, as well as provide different types of programs.
A distinctive feature will be that customers will receive a holistic tourism product that will contain historical, cultural and emotional components. Due to this, there are prerequisites for tourists to buy a tourist product again. Craft souvenirs and cosmetics will complement the tourist product.
Currently, potential investors are offered a plot of land for the development of tourist services in the territory of the united territorial community, as well as support in connecting to utilities. Also, it is planned to involve employees of the cultural and historical center "Peresopnytsia" in the project.
Project cost: UAH 1.5 million.
