Beskidy farm grows potatoes and vegetables in assortment. Currently, the farm has no specialized standard storage facilities. Capital buildings of granaries are used for storage of production. The essence of the project is to carry out reconstruction and re-equipment for vegetable storage facilities available in the farm, installation of equipment and facilities for cooling, heating, air conditioning and thermal insulation of products.
As the market and demand for products is constantly growing, there will be an opportunity to enter local and regional markets. After all, the products will be of high quality, excellent appearance, variety and freshness.
The farm will produce a range of potatoes and vegetables, ensure their long-term storage and sale fresh through the retail network.
The farm has been growing vegetables for more than 5 years. The production uses modern equipment, seeds of high-yielding varieties and hybrids of foreign selection. The farm has its own, suitable for reconstruction, capital premises with a capacity of up to 3 thousand tons of vegetable products.
A potential investor is offered 30% of participation in the project. The payback period of the project is 5-7 years with a level of profitability of 15-20%.
